Red Dress Gala 2010

Last night was the Red Dress Gala 2010 at the Tacoma Glass Museum which was put on by the Gamma Zeta of Alpha Phi and it was wonderful being a part of a sea of RED. Hundreds of delightful young women who most definitely are a dynamic and driving force in Tacoma. The Tacoma Chapter of the American Heart Association Go Red  Ambassadors were there to bring the message home about the risks of heart disease.  Connie Hara from the AHA introduced speakers Tina Blackett, Nadine Kelley, Dyann Lyon and Kara Moore who told their stories on how heart health has affected them and how to recognize the warning signs of heart attack and stroke.
A special mention to Laura McQuay and Lindsay Ingaldson who were responsible for putting on the event.  Laura and Lindsay, well done!  You two are amazing young women and thank you so much for putting on a First Class event.
